The basic principle is the use of two different steels: the upper part in cast iron with a high chromium content and a minimum hardness of 700HBN, is extremely wear resistant. The lower part is made of mild steel and easily weldable. The two components alloyed together by metallurgical process represent the ideal solution for extreme wear problems.

VIDA BUTTON
Weld-on buttons of different diameters particularly suitable for the protection of the sides and the bottom of the bucket, safeguarding it from the most violent impacts and the most abrasive materials. Extremely versatile protections used to protect any type of equipment, mobile or fixed, subject to wear and tear (for example ripper shanks and hammer carcasses).
CHOCK BLOCK
Welding bars available in different sizes, with widths ranging from 25 to 130 mm. They come in the form of blocks that can be applied to either a flat or slightly curved surface by bending or cutting the bar into segments of various sizes according to specific needs. The most common application of the bars is to protect sidewalls and bucket tooth holders, but they can also be used in many other ways given the ductility they offer. For example, they can also be used for the parts most subject to wear in inert processing plants.
